HitoLogにおけるデータの取り扱いについて。Privacy Policy for HitoLog.
収集する情報
HitoLogは、アカウント作成、投稿、コメント、通知、安全機能を提供するために必要な情報を扱います。
- Sign in with AppleおよびFirebase Authのアカウント識別子
- 表示名、ユーザーID、自己紹介、プロフィール画像などのプロフィール情報
- 投稿、コメント、いいね、ブロック、ミュート、通報
- 投稿時の入力時間、編集回数、削除回数などの入力指標
- 通知を有効にした場合のFirebase Cloud Messagingトークン
- 設定画面から送信されたフィードバックと、返信を希望した場合の連絡先メールアドレス
- 利用状況の分析を有効にしている場合の画面表示や操作イベント。投稿本文やフィードバック本文は分析イベントに含めません。
利用目的
収集した情報は、タイムラインやプロフィールの表示、安全機能の提供、通報対応、フィードバックに基づく改善、利用状況分析、コメントといいねの通知配信、サービス保護のために利用します。通知トークンはHitoLogの通知配信にのみ利用します。
利用するサービス
HitoLogはFirebase Auth、Cloud Firestore、App Check、Cloud Messaging、Cloud Functions、PostHogを利用します。収集したデータを販売することはありません。
通知とアカウント削除
ユーザーはアプリ内の設定またはiOSの設定アプリから通知をオフにできます。また、アプリ内の設定画面からアカウント削除を実行できます。削除すると、通知配信を停止し、アカウント情報、投稿、コメント、通知トークンなどのユーザーデータを削除または非表示化します。安全確認や法令対応のため、通報記録など一部の情報を必要な期間保持する場合があります。
Privacy Policy (English)
HitoLog handles information needed to provide account creation, posting, comments, notifications, safety features, and product improvement.
- Account identifiers from Sign in with Apple and Firebase Auth.
- Profile information such as display name, handle, bio, and profile image.
- Posts, comments, likes, blocks, mutes, and reports created in the app.
- Typing-derived input signals such as input duration, edit count, delete count, and suspicious bulk input count.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens when notifications are enabled.
- Feedback submitted from Settings, including optional contact email when the user requests a reply.
- Usage analytics events such as screen views and button actions when analytics collection is enabled. Post body text and feedback body text are not included in analytics events.
This information is used to operate timelines and profiles, provide safety features, process reports, calculate Human Check labels, deliver notifications for comments and likes, protect the service, and improve product quality.
HitoLog uses Firebase Auth, Cloud Firestore, App Check, Cloud Messaging, Cloud Functions, and PostHog analytics when enabled. HitoLog does not sell collected data.
Users can disable notifications in the app or in iOS Settings. Users can request account deletion from Settings. Reports may be retained as moderation records when required for safety review or legal compliance.
